This barrier is required for intrinsically safe installation in potentially explosive areas connected to the I/O module.
This barrier restricts electrical energy between non-intrinsically safe and intrinsically safe circuits.
Installation must be done in accordance with national safety regulations.
The SB3 must be mounted in the DCA1191 enclosure with the Z3I410 installation kit.
Always install safety barriers outside of potentially explosive areas.
